5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit where possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. 587win aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one to three business days; actual credit times depend on the receiving payment provider.
587win reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that it considers unusual in amount or frequency. 5.3 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. 587win reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of Rs 500 per month to dormant accounts after providing 30 days' advance notice to the registered email address. Players are encouraged to maintain regular account activity or to withdraw their balance before an account becomes dormant.
